**Meet & Greet for New Clients**
Before your pet’s first visit, I offer a meet and greet to get to know you and your pet(s). This allows me to learn about their routine, preferences, and any special needs while ensuring they feel comfortable with me. The first visit is free, and after that, any additional visit to go over their routine again or discuss updates is $20.

Cancellation Policy for Overnight Pet Sitting
I understand that plans can change, and I do my best to accommodate my clients. However, due to the limited availability of overnight bookings, the following cancellation policy applies:

One-Night Bookings: No cancellation fee.

Two or Three Night Bookings: If canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start, a fee equal to one night’s rate will be charged.

Bookings Longer Than Three Nights: If canceled within 7 days of the scheduled start, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours (for up to three nights) or 7 days (for longer stays) in advance will not incur a fee.
